Class Types

Barre Burn (45 mins)

A 45 mins low intensity class that focuses on using light to no weights, that incorporates steady state cardio to keep your body moving in between sets. This class will introduce you to the principles of Barre and get you using and activating muscles that you didn’t even know were there.

Barre Sculpt (45 mins)

A 45 mins Barre class using light to medium weights that will strengthen, sculpt and tone the muscles through high repetitions that actively engages the core and glutes throughout the entire workout. This workout is designed to challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone. Done to upbeat music, you’ll leave the class feeling immediately stronger.
